Once your order is placed, it typically takes 10 to 12 business days to deliver the order within India. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships, enabling you to monitor its progress. At Yara, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, changes or cancellations can only be made within a 24-hour time frame after placing your order. Beyond this window, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters the shipping process. However, once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. At Yara, we understand that delivery details sometimes need to be updated. If you wish to change the shipping address for your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once your order is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address. At Yara, your satisfaction is our priority! A product is eligible for return only if there is a malfunction or delivery of the wrong product from our end, and it still has all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery to qualify. To return a product, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. We also require the item to be in its original packaging and condition, ensuring it’s ready for resale.
